Joseph said when he washed his vehicle last week, the insert on the side of his vehicle that was serviced was way more tender than it was prior to the accident. He has not told the business about this yet because he has not had time to deal with it yet. He is not sure if the issue is with the body, but he speculated that there might be a quality difference of the Styrofoam filling provided by the manufacturer this facility purchased from. The styrofoam may be less firm than the stock kind for his vehicle, but that side of his vehicle was a lot more tender than the other side of his vehicle when he was washing it. He is not sure about the estimate and he thinks the insurance company handled that. He was extremely satisfied with the way he was treated by the staff. He has been to them three or four times before and would recommend them to others. He might not return if he cannot follow-up about the tender spot on his vehicle. If he does not hear from them, he will find time to visit them about the matter.
