Albert said there were complications on the estimated time but he was forewarned. Until they'd completed the first phase of the rebuild, they wouldn't attempt a front alignment due to the extra cost involved. Once they did the rebuild, and tested it, they found the vehicle did indeed needed further work because it still wasn't up to specs since one of the main rails on the frame was out of alignment. He could have accepted the vehicle at that point, but he had them complete the work so the alignment could be guaranteed. Albert told them when he left if he had any problem in the future he'd be back. He's been doing business with them for years, and he trusts them.
