Dominic said the only phone call he received from this business was when they called to tell him his vehicle was ready, but his vehicle was not ready until 3 days after that. He did not ask why it was delayed. When he got the vehicle home he noticed that the bumper still had a hole in it. He called Jake, who looked up the information on the repairs and found they had forgotten to replace the bumper. He was told later that the bumper was in, but he has not received a follow-up call in 10 days about whether or not he can go in and have the bumper put on.
