Elizabeth said she rated the business lower and was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the business did not finish all of the repairs and she has had to return to the business. She did not appreciate having to return because she is a very busy person. She is very dissatisfied and would have rather the business tell her they were aware of when they promised her vehicle to be done, but had to keep it another day. Or however long it needed to finish the repairs. The business did not give her an estimate her Geico claims agent did. Due to this experience she would not recommend this facility to others.
