Fred said the representatives performed the repair services pretty much as he wanted and as expected. He was satisfied with the with the quality of the repair service, except for 1 issue. They worked on the driver's side door. After he left the business, he noticed the speaker wasn't working properly. He called the business to notify them, and the representative advised they did not work on the speaker. He advised the representative they did work on the door. As a result, the representative advised to bring his vehicle back and they would look at the speaker issue. Fred stated he was upset the representative's response over the phone. After he brought his vehicle back, he worked with another representative, and that representative fixed the speaker issue to his satisfaction. Fred didn't have any problems with the representative who fixed his speaker. Fred didn't really speak with the business during his repair service, however he is mechanically inclined. As a result, he knew in general what would happen with his repair service. Overall, he had a great experience.
