Mary said this business does the best work and she knows a few people that have had work done by them. Something that should have taken 3-5 days took 3-4 weeks because the insurance company was lagging and stalling and they didn't want to pay for the work that needed to be done. Mary stated she got short with the people at this business for awhile because it seemed neither one was trying to come to an agreement, but she was satisfied with the way she was treated. They kept her up to date and called to keep her posted. A lot of people recommended this business and told her it was the best, but also, she was satisfied with the work they did on a previous repair for a different vehicle. Mary was very unsatisfied with the insurance company and she now has a new insurance company. This business is liable to get work from her in the future. She was sure this business worked with most insurance companies.
