"Great customer service"
I couldn't have been more pleased to receive the service that I did. The young mechanic actually opened the hood to show me what he was finding - I'm a woman - so what would I care or understand? But it was so unheard of - very trustworthy. An being a woman I like how Pam is the cust service rep. I told my husband that I needed a "spa" for my car - now I found it. Thank you!
