"Dealership great. Cars great. Service great. Lease return tactics deplorable! "
Bought/ leased 6 cars from Dealership. All goes well until the lease return. Lease ended on my Elantra so traded it for a Veloster. After a month I got a letter from Hyundai saying the car was auctioned for $1600 less than the book value and I was responsible for the balance! WTF? How can I be responsible for that? In another month I got another bill from Hyundai this time for $2600 for excessive wear and tare after the car was inspected by the dealership and had been out of my hands for over two months. Again WTF!
This is a deplorable way to squeeze $$$ out of loyal customers. Because of this I have bought my last Hyundai!
