Maintenance Review Visit
As always upon arrival for my scheduled appointment the car was taken into bay area. Upon standard inspection, it was discovered rear backup light was not working. Matt determined problem, repaired same, completed oil change, etc. and I was on my way. The very best service, knowledgeable and friendly. Customer for 26 years and counting.

Quality and Honesty
I felt it was a little expensive for what had to be done but what car fix isnt expensive. They are always super honest and get the job done the right way. Its nice to know there's one last honest mechanic who's honest and knows how to fix anything the right way.

Just exactly what I want!
Matt consistently takes great care of both my car and me, as a girl who knows little about cars. He does the work I request, and he also takes the time to check the car over completely, noting for "next time" what needs to get done. He's honest, and I will continue to take my car to Matt.

"Serpentine belt replacement"
We had the serpentine belt replacement done on my wife's 2008 Nissan Altima as it was showing signs of developing cracks on the inside & was about due according to manual. Cost was given over the phone by owner's son Jason and was what we paid at time of pick-up. We were told the belt was OEM vs a generic type of belt for longer wear. Car was serviced in good time and we were pleased. We have used this facility in the past and feel comfortable in their honesty and technical expertise.

The BEST place to have your vehicle serviced!
I've been taking my vehicles to Friend-Lee for about 25 years. Always have had excellent, fair, honest work and excellent diagnoses. Not one problem that wasn't fixed correctly. I even have a 65-year-old antique car that Friend-Lee services. Wonderful place to have your vehicles serviced and repaired!
