Stephanie said almost everything was ok with her service. The only issue she had was that because of a misunderstanding her brakes were not repaired and they are starting to go now which she is upset about. The staff did go over everything very well, told her what they did and did good work.

Drives like a new car again!
Our Lexus which we bought new in 2002 was showing its age with several issues. None of these were serious but the driving experience was annoying at times. We decided to have the car checked out thoroughly and Friend-Lee performed their usual magic. Now the car is such a pleasure to drive again, just like when it was new.

Wonderful!
My car lost power on Saturday night. I called AAA on Sunday morning thinking I might just need a new battery. No such luck! Had the car towed to Friend Lee Auto and expected that I would need to wait several days to have it repaired. Could not believe it when Matt called me Monday to say the car would be done by 5pm that day.

Consistently excellent service at a fair and honest price!
I would rate Friend-Lee as the very best of all the automotive repair shops I have used. Excellent quality, fair prices, and most importantly, they have a rare gift of being 100% honest with their diagnoses and their quality of work. I have never used any other service facility for the past 20 years!
