Good service as always
Took my car to Bristol Hyundai for it's 100K service which included new front brakes, new spark plugs / tune-up, new battery, along with regular oil change and tire rotation. Due to the extensive work I was give a loaner car which really helped out during the days car was in the shop. The guys at the counter were friendly and accommodating as usual.

The people and Sydney the dog.
I love going into this dealership because there are smiles on people faces and Sydney (the best Dog ever) is the best stress relief there is. He is always ready to let to pet him and put a smile on your face. I believe this helps the people who work there as well stay happy and focused with all of the nasty people and thing dealing with the public brings with it.

Recall notice
I was notified by Crown Hyundai in St Pete Fl about a sensor. I called Frienship in Bristol and they scheduled my vehicle at my convenience within a few days. I was in and out in about 30 minutes or less and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Thanks guys!

Thank you Misty for taking the time to complete this survey.  Thank you for kinds words about Matthew as he does a great job.  The $115 diagnosis fee is set by Hyundai Motor America which by the way puts us the lowest rate in our district/region.  25 minutes down the road its $135 at another Hyundai Dealership.  If you have work performed i will look into a discount for you to help you out.  Have a great week.

pricing on in cabin air filter to high
Considering the amount of Labour to replace oil in a car verses the amount of Labour it takes to replace the in cabin air filter I feel the Labour charge for in cabin air filter change is way to high. Other than that the service is excellent and staff are very friendly.
