"Mudguard Install"
Purchased a new car from Fuccillo and had them order mudguards for me. They arrived quickly, and I was able to schedule service within the week. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to install when I scheduled the appointment. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great pricing on parts, too!

I am impressed that two people stopped to make sure I was being taken care of as I waited for the service in my car. And I wasn't kept any longer than necessary; my appointment was kept promptly.

"routine service- oil change"
Professional, friendly, prompt with excellent and reliable service. No attempt to "upsell" and can answer every question about my car. . They helped me fix up my blue link account too while I was there. Waiting room has been remodeled and things are much more comfortable now. I always make an appointment and they run on time. No unpleasant surprises for billing.

"complete honest service"
I had to have a wheel bearing replaced under the warranty and two other small recall procedures, stop light switch and undercoating. The mechanic checked my entire car and showed me several other items that could use repair. They never pressured me into doing them there, but did give me a price for service. I appreciate their complete diagnostic of my car and the service that they did complete for free.

Pricing is always us trying to give our customers the quality repairs and service they expect from us, trying to remain competative within the market, and balancing all of that with our factory taining, factory equipment and factory parts. We may be slightly more expensive on some items than the "other" repair guys, but in the end you usually end up spending less with us.
