Very friendly dealership
This is a friendly dealership & they try to make your wait time easy. They have free coffee, fruit & popcorn. The waiting area is clean & comfy. The service advisor, Patrick Hamel, was very nice & even scheduled my next appointment for me. My only complaint is that I needed some touch-up paint for my rear bumper where someone scraped against it. I called a few weeks ago & was told I could pick it up when I scheduled my service appointment. When I called for my appointment I reminded the person on the telephone that I needed touch-up paint & was assured it would be waiting for me. After my service was done I was informed that the paint was out of stock & had to be ordered. I was already charged for it along with my service bill. Now I have to make a second trip back for the paint, so not too happy about that. I gave a 5-star rating because everything else & the service advisor were good.

I had good service with the service ad-visor. She came out to tell me that I needed an alignment and new tires. The only thing that I find is that they say they top off fluids they do not. My windshield wiper fluid was down when I went there on 1.5.19. I look to see if they filled it up and they did not. They do this all the time.

The service and the people who work there
We've had such a great experience with Gary Rome Hyundai. I was in a car accident right before the holidays and learned my car was a total loss the day before Thanksgiving. The Saturday after we drove off the lot in our new car. The buying experience went so smoothly even with our 2 small children present. Upon inspection it was discovered that there was a problem that needed to be fixed. Not only did they fix it for free, they provided me with a loaner car. I would highly recommend this dealership and will go definitely go back there the next time we need a vehicle and for all of the service on my new car.
