Disappointing Gates
Ask dealership to check brakes at drop off. Reminded them before I left to give me a call if anything found. Left overnight. Never received a call. Did not even check brakes at all when I picked up.

Battery went bad...
...but the entire experience was good. From having to use roadside assistance for a jump, and getting the battery replaced at Gates via warranty, all was good. They even provided a 2019 Hyundai Elantra as a loaner while the issue was diagnosed and addressed.

Excellent service
Took my car in for its first oil change. The lady was super sweet. They even washed it for me.
Only thing I wish was different is you only get one free oil change with hyundai. They should be like toyota and give you a year with free oil changes :)
