I am a woman from out-of-state. I was told it would take about 2 hours to mount and balance the new tire and they would call me when it was ready. 3 1/2 hours later I called them and after checking with 'someone' was told it would be ready in another 30 minutes. Then I picked up the tire, paid and left the store. It wasn't until I read the invoice that I discovered they had sold me a discontinued tire with no return and no warranty! I feel this information should have been disclosed to me at the very beginning of the transaction. They didn't even tell me when I picked up the tire. They saw a woman from out-of-state coming and took advantage to her. It wasn't even sold at a discount.
I would recommend them to everyone!!!
