My car was recently in the shop for routine service due to mileage and time. The service was nothing more or less than was a dealer or other service station would provide. What makes Genin's outstanding? It is the people. Whether it is the owner or the service manager, they are are both friendly, informed, and knowledgeable about their craft. They offer reliable advise and reasonable options when questions or concerns are raised. I never feel pressured into doing services that are not required. Their communication, in person or electronically, is efficient and friendly. They are never too busy to take a moment to smile and chat. They are like talking to your neighbor while you are out on a walk around your neighborhood; they are warm, genuine, and helpful. They are refreshingly real, particularly when contrast with their neighbors, the cold corporate coffee shop or cookie-cutter convenience store, that focus on volume and throughput.
