the latch on my gas gap broke on m Genesis. I barely had enough gas to get to Gerald, and on top of it, I had a job interview. The team was a great help and got to the interview 15 minutes early!

"recent visit for scheduled maintenance"
The service was excellent, as always. The car gets regular maintenance every three months. Everything is painless,: the call to schedule the time, the pleasant waiting area, and the technician who greets me and follows up when service is complete. The wait time is never a problem. Although I don't really use the refreshments, they are a nice touch.

Anthony took care of checking my car in for a routine oil change. He explained about an oil line cleaner. I agreed to have it done. He also showed me that my cabin filter was clogged and dirty and could be replaced today. I never felt pressured to have the additional services done.

I was pleased to have my used Hyundai worked on at the dealer, things were covered under extended warranty and only had to pay deductible. However, listed that they washed my car as courtesy and that wasn’t true, but overall happy with work!

"The Service Department"
Your sales department leaves a lot to be desired. I like the car but wouldn't purchase from your dealership again. I only get the service there to keep the warranty, however I will give your service department the kudos it has earned and deserves. They are great. Again the sales department not so great. I purchased second car elsewhere because of your sales staff. To date, nobody has responded to my complaint. SO I guess that nobody really cares j just so long as you make the sale...
I would refer your service department team, I WOULD NOT refer your dealership for sales.
