I WENT TO HYUNDAI TODAY AFTER TALKING WITH KEVIN LANGTON FOR A PROBLEM WITH MY REMOTE STARTERAS FOR SOME REASON IT DID NOT SHUT OFF EVEN AFTER 32 MIN. THE VEHICLE, A 2017 HYUNDAI SANTA FE SPORT, APPARENTLY WIS PICKED UP BY THE VIPER REMOTE PEOPLE AND RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP AROUND NOON THE SAME DAY. INITIALLY THE REMOTE START WAS SET TO SHUT OFF IF LEFTTO IDLE AFTER 60 MIN. AS I WAS INFORMED TODAY AND IT WAS RESET TODAY FOR 24 MIN. WHICH STILL SEEMS KIND OF LONG BUT OKAY.I'LL CHECK TO CONFIRM AT A LATER DATE.
I WANT TO THANK THE TEAM INVOLVED IN THE SPEEDY RETURN OF VEHICLE , NAMELY KEVIN LANGSTON, WHO GOT THE BALL ROLLING, JOEY, JAYBEE AND THE SHUTTLE GUY, DAVID , WHO IS MOST POLITE, COURTEOUS AND WILL MOST LIKELY DESERVE TO WORK HIS WAY TO A MANAGEMENT POSITION WITHIN THE DEALERSHIP IN MY OPINION.
