Gerald Hyundai did an excellent job of taking care of us and our car considering that this is the third time we have had the car in for the same repair. I can't speak highly enough about Gerald, my issue is more with Hyundai for not realizing or admitting they have a problem with the drive plate on this vehicle.

Job was complete, but no car wash.
The service Technician was great. I asked if they could maybe do a quick vacuum when they washed it. He said they would see. Well when i went out to my car, they did not even wash it.
I was going to go back and ask them to wash it ( it usually gets washed), but I did not want to bother them.
The service I went in for and more because I purchased a couple filters did get completed nicely, and I appreciate that.
Needless to say I went to wash it myself, and I was stung by a bee. I am highly allergic.. This is NO fault of your company..It just made for a very long week and missed work.
That is the only reason i gave a lower star...
Part of why I bring my car there is because they usually do a great job with the wash when it is returned.
