Do NOT TAKE CAR To German Car Repair in Alpharetta!
Not qualified to work on older Mercedes ! 3 trips in 3 weeks and cannot pass emissions! RBM fixed in 2 hours. GCR took advantage of me!

Ms. Gabriel,

Please tell the full story. You have spent a total of $416.02 with us, which included a service, and replacment of a rotted fuel line at the rear of the car which was gushing fuel whenever the car was running. You then declined a recommended repair to address the emissions problem, which we diagnosed at no charge to you. On your last visit to us, we repaired a second rotted hose for the evaporative emissions system at NO CHARGE to you, erased the fault memory, and requested that you drive the car and monitor the check engine light before a re-test. You chose to take the car to the dealer, after we offered to address any further problems that may arise.  You have a 19 year old car, and it was evident from your first visit to us that you were reluctant to invest in it to repair it properly, and this is why adopted the approach of repairing one fault at a time as they were found. Please explain to me how we took advantage of you, as we goodwilled our time and materials on two separate occasions. Despite our offer to continue the diagnosis, it was your decision to take the car to the dealer, pay their diagnostic fee, and a rental car.
GCR takes pride in our work ethic. We don't replace unnecessary parts, and we use a logical, methodical approach in addressing problems. In other words, we fix what needs fixing, and then re-check and monitor the car. We did inform you of that approach on your last visit to us, you chose to take the car elsewhere.
Please explain again how GCR took advantage of you.

Sincerely,

Alan Kidson.

Owner.
