No Solution (Yet), but not Their Fault
Had a horn problem that was hard to 'recreate' but they tried. But since it seems fine now. No harm, no foul right? GCR was up front about possibile causes and possible costs and that was appreciated. So overall fine. No charge for work that couldn't be done, which was much better than a competitor of theirs (in Kennesaw area). So high marks there.
