When owning a German car you need an ally
German cars are great, except when the warranty ends, and they start breaking. That's where GCR comes in. Alan and his team KNOW German cars for sure. However, while running a business, they also act as YOUR advocate, sometimes with the OEM when parts go bad. I had a few OEM parts that Alan and his team had installed go bad. They had been installed well over a year ago, so clearly out of warranty. Alan, looking at the problem from MY perspective, and seeing how expensive and upsetting it would be to pay for the same major repairs twice in such a short time, challenge the OEM on the defective parts and got some free and discounted replacements, and he discounted his labor price for the re-installs. That level of customer focus is almost unheard of in the auto repair industry. If you have a German car, you need to be taking it to Alan.
