Joseph said he did not rate his overall experience with this business higher than a 4, because he had to return to them 3 or 4 times because of things they forgot to do. He mentioned he returned to them once because the bolts were off of an item, another time he returned because they hadn't properly polished a batch on his fender. Joseph explained this business doesn't have good quality control as far as checking the vehicles completely before returning them to their customers. He pointed out having to be the person who saw the errors in their work, and having to return to them so many times was annoying. On his most recent visit they polished the patch on the fender, but they should have also cleaned off his vehicle prior to polishing the fender patch. Joseph insisted if he returns to this business in the future he would suggest they need to improve their quality control.
