I had previously used the so-called "masters" and received horrible customer service. The replacement was faulty, leaked and caused wind noise. 2 appointments later at their office, and both times they cancelled because they had no time to inspect their repair. The Glasspro technician was courteous and experienced. Before I even mentioned the previous repair, he called me out to show me where the windhsield had been improperly installed before.
