Great service unless you have to wait on your car. Have had glass installed at competition in 1 hour and 20 minutes out the door. I was told in advance how long to expect, just unwilling to drive back across town. Office could stand upgrading. Next time I will schedule transportation. Thanks

Thank you for the feedback. We certainly appreciate responses, this is how we can improve. We do want our customers comfortable and will provide pick up/delivery and rides whenever possible. As for the completion time, per industry standards, we use the fastest curing urthane on the market providing a 1 hour safe drive from the time we set the windshield in the vehicle. Although the installation may be completed earlier, AGRRS federal approved safety standards require we wait to release the vehicle until it is safe to drive. Your safety is our first priority. We will certainly work to make your wait more comfortable. Thank you again for taking the time to help us improve.
