Emily Anglin was a complete pro from when I entered your office. She explained the process, told me what info was needed for the claim approval, did a joint call with Allstate and had things covered right away. With family there for Labor Day, she arranged for an on-site repair on Tuesday when I had classes at Trident Tech. She even gave me a card saying if I were pulled over for the cracked windshield, I could call that number to confirm repair was scheduled. Jason Williams from No. Charleston was super - he was prompt, very mannerly, and got it done stat! He confirmed when I was safe to drive and moved over my windshield stickers etc. to the new windshield. I had not even thought of that. I will ONLY use Glasspro in future.
