I was very impressed with the customer service and the technician who replaced our windsheild. First, the customer service rep called me to schedule the appointment for the technician to come to my home as that was most convenient for me. She kept me informed on how long it would be and when the technician was coming. The technician was incredibly professional. He explained the window replacement process, he was very careful to ensure the safety of my vehicle from glass and then he vacuumed the inside of my F350. I was grateful, he went the extra mile. After the replacement was complete and everything was cleaned up he explained the warrenty and how to care for the new windsheild. I was impressed with his thoroughness and thoughtfulness. Great job Glass Pro. Thank you!
