Jim said his experiences with this business have always been the best and he's gone to them for years. He said they've figured out a lot of problems other businesses couldn't. They pointed out that he needed the struts replaced and he hasn't done it yet because he can't afford it, but it's about time and he's sure they're right. He said they've always treated him well and they've always been fair. He has told them he's needed something several times, but they tell him it won't be necessary for another 1,000 or 2,000 miles or they will offer him a less expensive alternative. He said they're not trying to get his money, they're trying to make him happy.
