Jake said he got his vehicle back 2 days early. He stated he has 2 children, and when he dropped his vehicle off at this business it was trashed with cereal throughout the interior. When he picked his vehicle up this business had detailed it, and it looked better than it did new. Jake pointed out Michael, his estimator, was awesome and did everything he promised. He added, Michael was pretty amazing, and Jake insisted it's not normal to be treated so well. He commented the appearance of this business is gorgeous. Everyone is in uniforms, and you can look into the repair area, and watch them work on your vehicle. Jake described leather sofas in the waiting area, marble counter tops, and it's bright and vibrant. He remarked this business does not look like an auto business, it looks like a spa. He described other auto businesses as being gray and dirty, saying this business looks more like a clinic with green and white painted floors. Jake mentioned there are certificates on the walls naming makes and models they work on. He concluded he already recommended 2 people to this business, and he will return to them in the future for mechanical work and body repairs.
