Ramamurthy said he brought his vehicle in for two repairs one was a dent in the passenger door, the dent was fixed. The other was the rear reflector had fallen off. The mechanic did fix it but the next day it fell off again. He had to bring it back in and they were very nice about it but he thinks their quality of work should be a lot better.
