It was brought in early part of 2021. I was having transmission trouble. They put in a remanufactured part, that didn't work out; they checked the electronics...that worked for a time. Then, I had it in the last time and because they had me under warranty, they were able to replace the transmission, with a spankin' NEW transmission. Yes, it was in the shop for a couple of weeks. But, there perseverance provided me with a transmission that will last me for a several hundred thousand miles. They were very apologetic and this one was one that is not normal. They got me on the road and I feel good and confident to drive it again.
