Purchased our 2018 Santa Fe in December. Seth called to check to see how everything was going so far. This was 3 months after the original purchase. When my wife said we were getting ready to schedule a service Seth offered to set up the appointment for her. This was going the extra mile to check for satisfaction. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Gray Epperson and they have been excellent to deal with not only with the buying experience but also the service dept.
