Great Service Writer
I drive roughly 90 miles round trip to have my vehicle serviced at Grayson Hyundai. The reason is very simple, Tim Clausell. He works on the Subaru side but handles my Hyundai. Tim is the consummate professional. He is friendly, courteous, and an excellent service writer. He always tries to ensure that your service request is finished in a timely manner and that your vehicle is returned to you in the same or better condition than when it arrived. He does this with a smile.
