Honestly this score was deeply disturbing and upsetting to me. I take pride in what I do and was completely honest with you about your cabin filter that had a mouse nest. You questioned if it was changed at last visit on Sept 11th. It had not been, that was your engine air filter (filters air in the engine) NOT the Cabin filter (filters air in the cabin of vehicle behind glove box). The last time you had you cabin filter changed was March 7th of this year. When there is a mouse nest we always recommend changing that filter so you are not breathing that in. I will mail you your service records so you can see what all was replaced and when. I am also asking that you rescore me on the fact that I was honest with you and try to be transparent as possible. I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving and continue to bring your vehicle here as I do appreciate your business.

Everyone in the dealership is friendly and accommodating.
Everyone is super friendly and respectful here and the communication is on point. I’ve gotten calls when they were starting work on my car and calls when it is completely finish so you know how much you should be paying for labor.
Overall, great place just be willing to throw out a few extra hundred dollars each time.

Having to order additional parts definitely threw a wrench into our expected finish time that resulted in keeping the vehicle overnight.
