If you can please come by and I will top off your washer fluid and reinspect everything.

Service department great, sales not so much
I loved the customer service in the service department, but I have been waiting over 10 weeks for a refund to my account and cannot get any answers. My calls get sent to voicemails and the voicemails are never returned. VERY frustrating. I tell everyone to avoid Greenville Hyundai for their car buying experience.

Was hopeful but let down
The receptionist is clueless and management does not care. I had to change a meeting to reach the dealership because of how the receptionist handles calls. Sadly, management does not care because they have not responded to my requests to speak with them.
