Service department is great!
The guy(s) helping us didn't believe our car had blue link, we had to explain it to them more than once, till they finally took us seriously and looked at it, even then it took them a good while to figure it out. Need more experience in that department especially.

A GREAT place to buy and service our cars
We are confirmed Genesis owners and Greenville Hyundai customers. We purchased both our previous 2009 Genesis and our current 2015 Genesis here and have had all service for both cars performed here. This particular service visit was prompted when we hit a curb at significant speed and were concerned about the status of our wheels and suspension. Greenville Hyundai was able to schedule us for a same-day visit, inspect our wheels and suspension for damage (there was none) and to verify wheel alignment while I waited. With service like this we expect to continue to come here for routine maintenance and to return once again in a few years when we need to replace our current Genesis with a newer model Genesis.

Unscheduled drop off
Engine light on after battery change (Hyundai not at fault). Dropped off at 730 as unscheduled drop off and was told tech would review that morning. Was called within 1.5 hours with issue and price to repair. Completed fix and call back stating vehicle ready for pick up. Brittany W. Was very polite and helpful.
