Usually friendly but not on this occasion!
If someone changes the employees attitudes. Sales person was rude to a customer in front of me. The service lady snapped at me when I mentioned she said it should be ready in 45 minutes and she snapped NO I said we would get it in in 45 minutes. I've bought Hyundai's since 1993! Not sure my next one will be!

When you make a mystake own it!
Do your job and do it right the first time. Don't inconvenience the customer when it is your error that would cause another visit to the dealership.
