Outstanding service experience!
Brian and his team worked diligently to diagnose and repair a difficult to identify problem with my 5-year old Genesis, and it was all finally covered under warranty. Great service is the number one factor for a dealer, and these guys really delivered!

Exceptional service with a smile
I was having difficulty with my car while on a trip across the state and stopped into the service department to get my vehicle checked. The receptionist, Shandie I believe, greeted me with a smile and listened while I told her what was happening. She was able to give me an approximate time it would take, and made me feel at ease that my car was in good hands. When the service manager, Bryan, came out and instructed me on what was going on, he explained it in terms that were understandable and he was very thorough. When I was informed they didn't have the part available he called two different dealerships at my final destination to ensure they had the part and I had the paperwork needed to show what was wrong with my vehicle. Both were very professional and caring. When I had further issues with another dealership I called and both employees remembered my previous visit. Bryan was able to talk with me about the problem and advised as to what I should do further including giving me the consumer affairs number to call if I needed further assistance. Bryan's calm and caring voice on the other line made me feel more at ease.
I would highly recommend visiting this dealership for the service alone. While I don't live close enough to visit regularly, I know that if I ever have any issues I know who to call and where to visit if I'm in town.
