Spoke with Kimberly's daughter. She said the customer service was really good. She had to take her vehicle back to the business because there was still a rattling noise. They did not hear it. Her vehicle was 3 or 4 days delayed because they couldn't figure out the sound and because they had to order a tire.

Elizabeth said that it took some extra time to repair her vehicle. She's not able to evaluate the repair because it is too soon to know. She just got her vehicle back and she'll know in time. She said she doesn't know vehicles and can't say if it was a quality repair or not. There was a parts delay and the interior of her vehicle had fingerprints all over the white leather. She will never lease a vehicle again because of the problems she had getting it fixed. This facility encouraged her to lease a vehicle.

Spoke with Emily. She said overall the experience was great with exception of when they arrived to pick up the vehicle they learned that some of the damages had not been repaired and also there was a scratch from the buffer. It required the vehicle being left at the business for another week and them also having to drive some distance to get the vehicle. The customer service was great. Everyone was super sweet.

Heather said it took 3 weeks for her to get vehicle back. She said the person who worked with her was rude sometimes. She had to call in for status updates. She said there was a 10 day delay because they were waiting for a windshield. She would not recommend for the reasons stated.

Trudy said they didn't have the finances done when she got there and she was there an hour waiting for them to get everything they needed. The insurance had questions, the office staff didn't have the information they needed, there were lots of phone calls and then they couldn't open their emails to get the information they needed. This was very frustrating for her, she had plans that afternoon, but they did finally resolve the problem, she had never had problems before and wrote it up to a fluke.
