Spoke with Orlando. He said the bumper that was hit was popped out and he can still see a slight bend in the bumper. He was expecting to see a better job. Everything else was satisfactory.

Richard said he rated his overall experience with the business a 4, because the work performed on his vehicle wasn't completed to his satisfaction. They did fix the bumper, however they were supposed to replace the bumper. He would not recommend the business for repair services, because of the reasons above.

Spoke with Nathan. Nathan said he gives a 4 rating when it comes to his satisfaction with the overall experience because he waited awhile even though he made an appointment. It was for about 3 hours. He doesn't know how to rate the quality of the repair because it's too soon to say. No promised date was given and he ended up waiting until it was fixed.

Willie said they need to improve their in house Enterprise rental vehicles. She noted that she had asked them for a vehicle that was not too small or one that she had to hop into or fall into and they offered her a Toyota Corolla that stunk. She told the person there, but he said that he only had that vehicle or a Bronco. She mentioned that she had to take allergy medication the entire time she had the vehicle.
