Britteney said her overall experience was great. She's a woman, and does not always see everything. One of the parts was flapping out from underneath. It seems simple, so she dos not see how they missed it. She was disappointed. This was her second time using this business

Nicole said the staff didn't check some things on the vehicle. The inside buttons on the door were not working. However, this was not a part of the original damage. The vehicle was ready three days later than promised due to a parts delay. She was given a loaner vehicle. The staff did an outstanding job on the repairs.

Anna said there was confusion about what was needed. They explained everything to her. She had not received an update in a week. So, she called them once. Thereafter, she was kept informed. The repair looks good. She was not given a time the vehicle would be ready.

Randall said they did a very good, but it could have been better. They could do a better job of communicating. If, he did not call for updates, he would not have know what was going on. His vehicle was delayed 3 days. The part was late or they forgot to order it.
