Spoke with Kenny's wife. She said the repair was good, but there were a few issues. She said the business had some problems along the way, when it came to the body work. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because the business found additional damage and they had to order more parts for her vehicle.

Spoke with Hal. He said it was ready when promised but it took longer than he had expected. The cost was over half the price of the estimate. Instead of $1,500 the cost was $2,800. Even so, they were cordial and they called him with updates.

Deborah said they were unable to wash her vehicle because it was raining. They redid the bumper and there was a white mark on the plastic near the bottom. It's probably just wax but it's hard to get off. They could have offered to wash it the next day.

Stephen said the communication with the person at the business that was to be the person he received information concerning the vehicle was hard to contact, every time he called the person was not in or available. He does not really know the quality of the repair because he traded the vehicle in before they had it repaired. There was no need to be kept informed and no promised time was given for this reason.

Jeffery said he never received an update from this business on his vehicle. He stated for him it was important the job was done than them to rush to finish, but that does not mean he did not want to be updated on the status. He also mentioned it took longer, they told him the his vehicle would be ready on a Monday. He waited for a phone call to pick up his vehicle but did not get one. On Thursday he called them and was told he could pick it up the next day. It was late due to parts. He stated he was happy with the quality of work and he would recommend them.
