Spoke with Lawrence's son. He said Jonathan was very professional and kept him up to date even though the work took a long time. He said after he got the vehicle back there were a couple of little things that had been overlooked, so they took the vehicle right back in and Jonathan was helpful in getting him transportation. Jonathan was very good at his job and everything has been right with the vehicle since he got it back. This has been the best experience he's had. He said his vehicle was not ready when promised because they had some trouble getting parts but he did not elaborate as to how late his vehicle was.

Victoria said she is treated with respect at this business. The customer is first. They're very, very customer oriented. If there is a delay, they'll apologize. She would never take her vehicle anywhere else. If the customer does not need something done, the staff will always tell them. She's really grateful. She stated she does not find that this business is really expensive.

Stacy said the business is the only place she takes her vehicle. Jay Cortez was amazing, and he always is every time she has to take her vehicle in. He's a nice man, and is very good at what he does. The lady in the office out in the collision area, makes her feel like she knows an old friend. She makes her feel really comfortable, they have conversations, and enjoys going there in every aspect. Her advice was for the staff to keep on doing what they're doing.
