Alicia said this business did not give her a promised time of completion for her vehicle, but it took them three weeks to finish it. She stated that she understood it would take a little longer than she would have liked because it was around the holidays. She said she trusts the employees at this business that work on her vehicle. Andrea said this business just did an okay job on the repair, it wasn't great. She said that the customer service could have been better. They were not accommodating at all. The vehicle was late due to finding additional damage, she did not say how much later. She chose this facility because they were certified Lexus repair facility and they were close to her home. Due to her over all experience she would not recommend them.

Benjamin said he is happy. After checking the brakes twice the right rear drum was missed. He had to return the vehicle because there was a brake noise. At that time they changed the drum. The vehicle was delayed a day because of paperwork.

Spoke with Leslie. She said it took a while to have the repairs completed. She was told it would be done in 2 to 3 days. She did not understand why her vehicle had to be aligned twice. Her vehicle drives fine and she is pleased with the work. She really enjoyed working with Christian. He was very nice and professional.
