John said that he had an appointment at the place, which is a long ways from his home. When he arrived for the appointment, he was told that they would not have the time to help him that day. He had to go back 3 times to have the work done. Once the work was completed it was great and he was happy with the work. Customer chose not to answer all the questions.

Alexus said he was confused about one thing. The staff did not put his license plate back on the front of his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated. They told him he would have to re register his vehicle. He talked to his insurance company about it and they said the business was supposed to put his vehicle back together like it was prior to the accident. His vehicle was done a day earlier than promised and drives exactly how it used to.

Patrick said the business took too long to repair his vehicle. He had a minor repair to his back bumper and it took them two weeks to complete the repair. He stated he feels it may have been just sitting there the majority of the time. The repair looks excellent, he can not tell it was ever damaged. They communicated and responded him. Manoj said the business was good, but there were a few small mishaps. They found additional damage and he asked if they would fix it and they did. The quality of the repair was good but when he drove the vehicle home this loud noise started coming out, whenever he drives on the highway or even at a slow speed. He plans on bringing the vehicle back to the business either today or tomorrow, this issue never occurred until the business gave him back the vehicle. He had to be the one calling the business to figure out what was going on, and how long it would take.
