Bonnie said she was not happy with one of the staff members at this facility. She stated she thought he may have been one of the managers. She had heard a sound after the accident and when she went to pick her vehicle up she asked if they checked it. They went for a test drive and could no longer hear the sound. He told her she just wanted the insurance to pay for it. She just wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive. She would have gladly paid for it on her own because the cost was nothing compared to her safety. She did not like his comments or insinuations and said that was not good customer service. Customers should not be talked to like that. The rest of the staff was awesome.

Mary said when she went to pick up her vehicle it would not start because the battery was drained. Something was left on and used up all the battery charge, but the employees charged it right up. She had to call in for updates and was not given a date when her vehicle would be finished. This is a very good business to work with.

Thomas said his experience was fantastic but there was some miscommunication twice. On his first call, the woman at the front desk scheduled him for the appointment but when he got there the gentleman told him he didn't understand why he was scheduled because he did not have anyone to work with him. Thomas was rescheduled for the next day by the same woman but when he got there, the gentleman told him he name was not even on the schedule. The gentleman told him to leave his vehicle and he would take care of it. The work was fantastic and the staff was great and the work was done before the promised time.
