Jose said he rated 3 overall because they didn't trust what he was saying. In the end it turned out he was right, and they apologized, but the $268 for the new bumper still came out of his pocket. The after market front bumper didn't fit, and they thought he'd crashed the vehicle again, but after he paid for a brand new Mazda bumper, it still had the same problem and the clips still weren't holding. They thought he wasn't telling the truth but after they talked to Mazda they found out it was a known problem, which they did fix, but he was out $268 for the new bumper, which the insurance company didn't pay for. Jose rated 3 for treatment because the supervisor, who was belligerent and actually physically yelled at Jose, said the problem was not his work but Jose's driving. The vehicle was ready when promised but it took a long time going back and forth. The end result was good, but he didn't think he should have been responsible for the $268 for the new bumper, so he wouldn't recommend them. It could have been fixed. If this business refunded the money, he would take his vehicle back again, and though he'd buy another Mazda, he probably wouldn't buy another one from the sales side. He's angrier than he'd thought. Jose hoped the general manager would see this and he'd be glad to talk about it if they wish to phone.
