Charles said when he took his vehicle to the business, he had $6 or $7 of loose change in a compartment by the ash tray. When he got his vehicle back, there was only 10 cents left. He finds this both upsetting and unsettling. He was told the delay was due to the insurance company and he understands how that can be. He could not recall exactly how much longer it took.
