Shawn said the technicians at this business scratched up his interior, the molding for the side panel on the drivers side and the shifter for his vehicle. He said the service advisor was snotty, whenever he called this business for questions they would tell him they would call him back but never would. The repairs on his vehicle took 3 days more than what was promised and the technicians did not explain what caused the delay. He also said the only way this business could serve him better would to give him a new shifter with no scratches.
