Stephen stated that he received an estimate over the phone for the damages to his vehicle and was told it would be around $600. When the business received the parts for repair, they were unaware of how much the light in the spoiler would be and changed the final price of the repair to over $800. Stephen said he felt that the business could have replaced more than what was needed rather than the damage and the tailgate of his vehicle after the repairs were wobbly and not properly fixed. He would not recommend this business because of these issues. He also mentioned that he would like a follow up call from the business in regards to these issues.
