Coleen said she had excellent service because of Julie Guillen. Julie was phenomenal. She was helpful, efficient and cordial. She made numerous follow-up calls from beginning to end. She was timely and had the vehicle ready in 48 hours, which was because Julie had everything ready on time. She prepared all the parts needed for the repair and overall she was hard working and diligent. Coleen also thanked the man who worked on her vehicle, Fernando, because the repair was good. Her husband fine tooth combed the repair from how the vehicle looked at the beginning to the result and everything looks beautiful. It all comes down to people, not the place of business or what goes on in the place of business, but the people. Julie made the experience an incredible way of doing business and Coleen is one happy customer.
