Spoke with Mark. He said he has taken his vehicle back 3 times because the front bumper was not secured properly. There is a gap under the headlights and he said he is watching to see if the gap gets any bigger. He said he had to call them for updates. He doesn't remember what the promise date was because they kept finding additional damage. He would not recommend for reasons stated.

Bryan said the Pricing was high and he is unsure the business did everything they said they did. The side of the vehicle that was repaired still has a gap that is noticeable. He was told the bumper was replaced however the bumper doesn't look new.

Spoke with Regina. She said she had to take her vehicle back twice because things were over looked, like her head lights. This is a safety issue and her vehicle was also a week late due to parts. So she will not recommend this facility due to those issues.

Jeffrey said he has had to play the roll of a quality inspector when picking up his vehicle from this business. He stated he does not believe that they go over the repairs before informing the customer that the vehicle is ready for pick up. He mentioned that two calls within a week regarding the repairs was not sufficient. He said he had no delivery date or an expectation of when the repairs would be done.

Britney said when she came to pick up her vehicle there was clear coat splattered all over it. She was not happy with the quality of the repair because of the clear coat splatter. She was not very satisfied with the way she was treated because she had to come back several different times for repairs. She had to call in for status updates. She was told 3 different times that her vehicle would be ready and it was not. It was delayed by about 2 weeks because of part delays. She would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated.

Julie said Josh was awesome. The only issue she had was that she was told they would not charge her. When she got her vehicle back, there were scratches on the vehicle after they told her they would fix the first one. The manager at the business was not good at all. He was very rude.

Daniel said he appreciates that everyone returned all of his calls and that everyone was nice. There was a spot that could have been sanded a little better before it was painted. There were also a couple of buff marks on the vehicle, so he will not recommend this facility.

Brian said they're not great on communicating. The quality control isn't good and there was arguing about it. The quality of the repair was okay but it barely met his expectations. He has nothing to complain about. Regarding the way he was treated besides arguing, he had to bring in the manager. It wasn't ready, he called and they called. It is not what he's used to. The work was done twice and it's not up to the standards of this business. His vehicle stayed a few extra days and they fixed it twice. They need some improvement.

Veronica said this business did not fix her vehicle properly. There is burnt paint on the door and side panel. The vehicle was delayed a few minutes. When she went in to pick up the vehicle, she saw some scratches, so they buffed it some more while she waited. She thinks they may have burnt the paint while they were buffing it. She would not refer this business to friends or family for reasons previously stated.

Alex said he had to return three times to this business. It was not what he would expect form a Toyota certified business. He could have done it better himself. The top and bottom of the door was not aligned. They used the wrong set of pins to hold the door. He went to this facility, thinking the right parts would be used the right way. He is not an expert but one door is sticking out at least half an inch and he could easily see it compared to the other door. He still has to return for the door seal and they were supposed to call him today about that. They did not install the black out tape properly. His vehicle was sitting in the lot for 27 days, unlocked. He was never given a promise of time. He is a global manager of his own business and if the same performance was displayed at his business, he would have fired the employees. Enterprise was supposed to call him back with a receipt and they never did. The hours of all the departments are all different and he is not sure how he is supposed to keep track. He hopes the business improves.

Brian said he has purchased vehicles from the associated dealership and dealt with this business before. They are usually satisfied but he was disappointed during his recent experience. The day after he picked up the vehicle, he noticed it was not driving straight. His wife called the business and was told all it takes is to go over one speed bump and everything would be settled. The person told his wife there is a speed bump that appears as soon as one leaves this business. His vehicle is still not driving straight and it needs correcting. There was not an offer to correct the alignment. In the beginning of the repair experience, he was kept informed but he had to call for updates towards the end. They kept changing the delivery date. His vehicle was delayed for 3 or 4 days due to one of the parts being late. If the business corrects the problem, he would recommend them. At this point in time, he would not recommend them due to the reasons stated.

Wayne said this business did an excellent job repairing his vehicle and they were good to work with. He would not refer them to anyone. He will go back once but that is for a free service check after 5,000 miles. He had previously sold to the associated dealership, his 2009 Rav-4 with around 136,000 miles on it. They offered him $4,000, which was $2,000 less than another dealership offered him. He was satisfied with their deal but he could not get in and out of the pickup as easily. After 7 weeks, he decided to give his son the pickup and return to this business to buy back his vehicle. They listed his vehicle as $8,000 but he was able to talk them down to $7,000. That is still a $3,500 difference. That exchange left a bad taste. He told them how the exchange impacted him and Tony Jr. promised to upgrade the parts of his vehicle. He never heard back from him. Eventually he sent a letter to Mr. Gullo and his receptionist called him back. After waiting over a month, he informed her he will never go back to them since this is how they treat senior citizens. He will only return for the 5,000 mile check on his vehicle, which he believes they at least owe to him.

Jodie said the work they did and the cleaning wasn't good. The rear door is not flush with the body. A buffing compound was found in her fuel door and the seams on the body of her vehicle. The molding to her front door wasn't replaced correctly. Their customer service was good. Her vehicle was about 4 or 5 days later than promised because they were waiting on parts.

Aidan said Erod was very difficult to deal with. He failed to answer his questions. The answers he did receive were contradictory. He had to come by for two inspections and was given two separate delivery dates. Erod also gave him to different repair pictures that were from separate distances. They did not balance his vehicle and tried to tell him he hit something in front of his vehicle after the repair. The manager called him back promptly. Erod was unprofessional, and his tone was quite rude. They did not provided electronic updates like Service King. They failed to call during the repair process, so he had to call them. The vehicle was delayed from Friday until Monday. The insurance company and the business failed to communicate in advance on who would cover the deductible. He would recommend Service King because this business is inadequate.

Jennifer said she did not have a good experience with this business and she is terrified to drive her vehicle. She is dissatisfied with the body work because they cut corners. The brake light was not working and she had to take it back because the vehicle was not aligned. Before, she dropped the vehicle off she was told the vehicle would be aligned and they never did. She said she was dissatisfied with the way she was treated because they never test drove the vehicle and it wasn't even returned detailed. She stated she felt her vehicle was not returned when promised because she had to keep going back. She did not indicate how truly late the vehicle was. She would not recommend them and she will be notifying her insurance company, regarding her experience because she would like a second opinion.

Keely said she is very upset because the work was not as expected, her vehicle is still damaged and it needs to be redone. She expected the repair to be excellent but it was not. There were dents that were caused by another business so they sent it there. She has told other people not to go there. They did not call her with updates, they called when it was finished. There was no promise of time. The employees were very kind.

Jennifer said this business had her vehicle for 2 months. The first time she went to pick her vehicle up, the paint looked bad so she took it back. The second time she went to pick up her vehicle, the interior was filthy and the exhaust was loose. This last time she picked up her vehicle, her exhaust ended up coming off. She had to leave her vehicle there 3 different times, and she might have to bring it back again. It was not ready when promised for this reason. She does not recall how late it was. She will not be recommending them because of the work.

Lisa said she was told her vehicle was ready, so she took off work to go get it. When she got to this business, there were many things still wrong with it. The staff insisted she take it at that time. They are closed on the weekends. When she had stopped to get gas, she could not get out of the vehicle. Once she found a way out of the vehicle, it would not lock. The windows makes noise and the mirrors would not work. The rear mirror was wobbly. All these things were working fine when the vehicle went in but are now not working. The vehicle was dirty when she picked it up, the tire's cap was missing, and the glove box was not fixed. She went back first thing Monday morning, and they gave her with a rental car but argued with her over the cost of repairs. When the vehicle was picked up, the glove box was still broken. Even though the business had fixed tint on one window, it was still not right, as well as rear window. There was a plastic bag with a part to her glove box inside. The business told her the bag was trash, so she tossed it. However, later she was blamed by the business because she threw the bag away, so the part was then missing. Christen pressured her to pick up her vehicle at a certain time but it was delayed a week and was not sure why.
