Dave said he brought his vehicle in because the catalytic converter had been sawed off the exhaust system and stolen. They had to replace both. He also asked them to do an oil change while they were performing the repairs, which they agreed to do. The work took a week longer than expected due to parts delays. When he went to pick up the vehicle, he asked about the oil change but they had forgotten to do it. They kept the vehicle an extra day to do something which should have only taken fifteen minutes. He will recommend them but he was disappointed with this visit.

Dave, We would like to apologize for the delay in getting your oil change complete. There was a miscommunication on our part between our body and mechanical shop. We are sorry we disappointed you. Could you call us, we are not quite sure what you are referring to when you mention the 15 minute task. Please call us at 714 847 5600.
